Head around the world in many tastes as this experience traverses the culinary globe. Your tour starts at Paper Plate Restaurant and their treats will tickle your tastebuds with the flavours of Vietnam before embarking on your European stopover. Bierkeller Bar & Restaurant will have you slapping your lederhosen as they host a beer masterclass matched with serious smokehouse meats and atmosphere to rival Oktoberfest! For a change of pace, we head back to Asia and Burmese House Restaurant for some authentic Myanmar favourites. Experience the tried and tested family recipes handed down from generation to generation as host Mimi serves up her family’s favourites and a matched wine – packed with flavour and inspired by love. Continuing your Asian odyssey, the journey will take you to Deko Beko Café where host Toshi will bring his calm, Japanese sensibility to a traditional tea pouring ceremony and sweets. Head to The Collection Bar for farewell drinks as your global adventure comes to a close.

Each adventure will take place on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 May, 2017 with two flights each evening; one starting at 6.30pm the next at 7.30pm. Perfect for individuals or groups, families and friends, each adventure is suitable for guests of 18+ years of age and involves some walking between venues whilst drinking in the atmosphere of one of the city’s most iconic thoroughfares.

Following on from its huge success in 2017, Richmond’s Bridge Road Gathering – After Dark is back for another year of foodie fun.
Prepare for a journey of culinary discovery when the sun goes down over Bridge Road. Choose from six unique and interesting experiences then hit the streets with our culinary guides for a night of eating, drinking and a few surprises (!) as you make your way along the street at Richmond’s heart. Visiting old favourites and newcomers alike, After Dark will showcase Bridge Road’s rich and diverse food and drinks scene – and reveal some little-known secrets!
